In addition to standard wide aisle pallet racking systems, Premierack can also be used to produce narrow aisle, mobile and drive in systems.
Wide aisle systems are the standard installation for warehousing and storage of palletised goods. This type of pallet racking system gives full access to each individual pallet using a conventional fork-lift truck.
The Premierack frames are formed from prime steel, held together with bolted horizontal and diagonal bracing. Five hook connectors on the beams ensure a sturdy and secure joint, with safety locking pins to prevent accidental dislodgement.
Premierack has been used to provide bespoke pallet racking systems for warehouses, cold storage facilities and distribution centres across the country.
Greenoaks’ designers take time to fully understand the flow of goods through a warehouse or distribution facility and work closely with the managers to design a unique system that fulfils their particular needs. Office or staff room partitioning, mezzanines, conveyors, packing and assembly equipment can all be incorporated into the system.
Premierack can also be bought “off-the-shelf” in modular form for smaller installations. Using a starter bay and extension bays a system can be built up starting at just 1350mm wide. The modular nature of Premierack also means that your system can be added to at a later date, so your storage facility can grow with your business.
